The real estate industry in America has seen a sea change because of the recession. During the past couple of years, real estate dealers suffered huge loss financially because of two reasons. One is that the sales volume decreased and the other one being the decline in real estate prices. The slowdown of the real estate industry has affected the economic situation of the country and increased the unemployment level as well.
